Can't Get It Up Because It's Too Soft? You Can Try These 4 Herbs
Sometimes, us men might experience issues during intimate moments where the "little brother" remains soft and limp, unable to rise. To put it plainly, this is often due to severe deficiencies in Qi and Blood within the body. Don't worry. Below, I'll share a great method with everyone. Following it might just help your "little brother" achieve a second "growth spurt."
For men who want to perform excellently in intimate matters, the key is to ensure the "little brother" has a sufficient supply of Qi and Blood. In this regard, nourishing the Blood is of utmost importance; there must be enough blood. Speaking of nourishing the blood, we first need to regulate two important Zang-Fu organs. One is the Spleen and Stomach. The Spleen and Stomach are like the "Qi and Blood processing plant" of our body; Qi and Blood are produced here. With healthy Spleen and Stomach, Qi and Blood are ample. The other is the Liver. With ample Liver Blood, the "little brother" can be full, strong, and firm.
Beyond replenishing blood, the channels through which Qi and blood flow must also be unobstructed, without any blockages. Today, I will share with you four particularly inexpensive traditional Chinese herbs, all of which are great helpers for giving the "little brother" a second chance at "development."
The first herb is centipede. Centipede is exceptionally effective at clearing and promoting the flow of Qi and blood. If there are blockages of Qi, blood, or dampness in the body, it can dissolve these stagnations, allowing liver blood to flow smoothly to the "little brother," giving it more strength.
The second herb is spatholobus stem (Jixueteng). This herb not only replenishes blood but also activates blood circulation. If the "little brother" lacks hardness, this herb is perfect. It can clear blockages and help the "little brother" "stand up" again, becoming both larger and harder.
The third herb is prepared rehmannia root (Shudi). Prepared rehmannia root is excellent for nourishing liver blood and replenishing kidney essence, filling the body with ample essence and blood. Moreover, it helps stabilize the "essence gate," preventing kidney essence from leaking away, and ensuring that the body's "treasure" is not lost.
The fourth herb is *Dipsacus asperoides*. This herb can tonify the kidney meridians, strengthen bones and muscles, and invigorate the waist and knees, injecting the body with abundant vitality and making the waist and knees more powerful. What's even more impressive is that it can guide other herbs directly to the affected area, allowing the medicinal effects to work better and promoting the replenishment of qi and blood.
By combining these four herbs, blood stasis is resolved, meridians are cleared, and essence and blood are replenished, addressing the liver, spleen, and kidneys all at once. When the time comes, our male friends won't have to worry about lacking strength in critical moments!
In traditional Chinese medicine, we emphasize syndrome differentiation and treatment—much like a specific key for a specific lock, different symptoms require different prescriptions. Only by tailoring the treatment to the specific condition can we achieve a full recovery and thoroughly resolve the illness. If any of you experience the symptoms mentioned above, the first step is to examine your tongue coating.
Send me a photo of your tongue coating, along with all your uncomfortable symptoms, all at once. I'll provide free diagnosis and pattern differentiation to see what's really going on with your body, determine the general direction for regulation, and help everyone stay healthy!
