One Chinese patent medicine in the morning and one in the evening, supplementing yang energy into the very marrow of your bones.
Many people around us suffer from this issue: constantly feeling chilly, with hands and feet as cold as ice cubes, unable to warm them no matter how much they try. At night, they make frequent trips to the restroom, with nocturia noticeably increasing. If you experience these symptoms, it is most likely due to a deficiency in kidney yang!
Yang energy is immensely important for men, much like the relationship between water and fish—a fish cannot survive without water, and men cannot thrive without yang energy. Whether you are a young man in your twenties or an older gentleman in your fifties or sixties, it is essential to replenish your yang energy. Otherwise, your body may become prone to various ailments.
Today I’m going to share with you an effective method for boosting yang energy. You don’t need to take a lot of medicine—just two Chinese patent medicines are enough to replenish your yang energy thoroughly. But before I get into the method, we first need to understand a key principle. A deficiency in yang energy is closely linked to qi and blood, and the quality of qi and blood production depends entirely on the strength of the spleen and stomach. Therefore, if you want sufficient yang energy, you must focus on the foundation of your innate constitution—the kidneys—and the foundation of your acquired constitution—the spleen. Only when both the spleen-stomach system and the kidneys are properly regulated can yang energy be effectively replenished and prevented from dissipating.
So, how exactly should this be done? It's actually quite simple: take one type of Chinese patent medicine in the morning and another in the evening.
Around 8 or 9 a.m., we take Fuzi Lizhong Wan. Why choose this time? Because this is when the spleen and stomach start "working," just like a factory starting its day. Fuzi Lizhong Wan can warm the middle and strengthen the spleen. It’s like adding fuel to the "factory" of the spleen and stomach, making it run more smoothly, regulating their function, and laying the foundation for supplementing yang qi later.
At around six or seven in the evening, it’s time to take Guifu Dihuang Wan. In traditional Chinese medicine, this is when the kidney meridian is most active, much like the kidneys “going to work.” Guifu Dihuang Wan helps warm and tonify kidney yang, akin to adding fuel to the kidneys’ “little sun” so it can radiate more warmth and ample light and heat, fully replenishing the root of yang energy.
Combining these two Chinese patent medicines, one replenishes the root of Yang Qi, while the other replenishes the essence of Yang Qi. They work in tandem morning and evening. If you persist for a period of time, you will clearly feel the changes in your body—your hands and feet will no longer feel so cold, the frequency of nocturia will decrease, and you’ll have more energy and vitality! However, everyone’s constitution is different, so before using any medication, it’s best to consult a professional doctor. This way, you can replenish Yang Qi more safely and effectively.
