Want a firm, erect penis? Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches you to regulate the Heart, strengthen the Spleen, and tonify the Kidneys
If we men want our penis to be firm and erect, the key is to nurture the Heart, Spleen, and Kidneys. Why do I say this?
Let’s talk about the Heart first. In TCM, the Heart is the chief among the five zang and six fu organs, like the commander of the body. If Heart qi is insufficient, the Heart spirit (shen) cannot be nourished, and a person becomes slow to react. Moreover, male penile erection relies on the Heart qi to direct it — without the Heart’s command, where would action, desire, and strength come from? It’s like going into battle without a general: the soldiers wouldn’t know how to act.
Now about the spleen. The spleen is like the body's "large warehouse," responsible for transforming ingested substances into qi and blood. Only when the spleen functions normally can it provide sufficient nourishment to the ancestral sinew (zongjin), giving it strength. If the spleen malfunctions and qi and blood production are inadequate, the ancestral sinew is like a person who hasn't eaten enough—lacking energy for anything.
Then the kidney. The kidney is our congenital root, storing kidney essence. When essence and qi are depleted, kidney qi weakens. The containment of essence depends on kidney qi to secure it; if kidney qi is insufficient, that containment cannot be maintained, leading to premature ejaculation and naturally shortened duration. Therefore, to have good function, it is essential to nourish the heart, spleen, and kidney.
Today I will share a kidney-strengthening decoction that can simultaneously regulate the heart, spleen, and kidney. In this formula, Codonopsis (Dangshen), Cinnamon Twig (Guizhi), Atractylodes (Baizhu), Poria (Fuling), Chinese Yam (Shanyao), and Asparagus Tuber (Tian Dong) are all Chinese herbs that tonify the heart and spleen. Codonopsis can tonify the middle and benefit qi; Cinnamon Twig can warm and open heart yang; Atractylodes can strengthen the spleen and benefit qi; Poria can strengthen the spleen and leach out dampness; Chinese Yam can strengthen the spleen and benefit the stomach, nourish the kidney and augment essence; Asparagus Tuber can nourish yin and moisten dryness. Together, these herbs can restore spleen and stomach function; when the spleen and stomach are healthy, the generation of qi and blood will naturally be sufficient.
There is also Curculigo (Xianmao), Cornus (Shanzhuyu), Morinda (Bajitian), Cistanche (Roucongrong), Prepared Rehmannia (Shudihuang), Schisandra (Wuweizi), and Epimedium (Xianlingpi), all herbs that replenish kidney essence and tonify kidney yang. Curculigo can warm the kidney and strengthen yang; Cornus can tonify the liver and kidney and astringe to secure essence; Morinda can tonify the kidney and assist yang, dispel wind and remove dampness; Cistanche can tonify kidney yang and benefit essence and blood; Prepared Rehmannia can nourish blood, enrich yin, and augment essence and marrow; Schisandra can astringe and secure, benefit qi and generate fluids, tonify the kidney and calm the mind; Epimedium can tonify the kidney and strengthen yang, fortify sinews and strengthen bones. In this way, with sufficient heart blood and a strong spleen and stomach, the kidney-tonifying herbs can work more effectively to enhance the capacity of the ancestral sinew.
So, if anyone has this kind of need, you might try this Kidney-Strengthening Decoction. However, medication should still be taken under a doctor's guidance—you must not take it casually on your own.
